Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified should any delays occur.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7-9 business days (depending on location)
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Accurate Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. FaceOfTheSwoosh cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear supporting images. We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service levels. While we work closely with our delivery partners, FaceOfTheSwoosh cannot guarantee delivery times.
